Looking for E-Commerce Executive

• Starting Mar 2023

Working Days/Week: 5.5 days

• Working Hours: 8am to 5pm on weekdays, flexi 4hrs on Saturdays

Salary: From $2,500 (not inclusive of incentive, bonus)

: We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the managing of our online presence, including responding to customers enquiries and ensuring the accuracy of our product listings, and assisting in digital marketing efforts.

Main Responsibilities :

• Assist the Business Development Manager and E-Commerce Supervisor to develop and execute the e-commerce roadmap in order to achieve or exceed the sales target set by the Management.
• Assist in the implementation of online promotions and marketing activities to generate and/or increase viewership/sales traffic.
• Upload and update new and existing product listings, ensuring that details such as the prices and descriptions are factual and accurate.
• Handle customers\' queries and requests, and manage their expectations through messaging and phone calls.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments to fulfil customers\' orders based on established protocols and Service Level Agreements.
• Support the day-to-day order processing and invoicing procedures.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products to customers.
• Undertake administrative tasks such as data entry and sales tracking.
• Perform month-end analysis of our products and our competitors\' product offerings and pricings, including analysing customer data and purchasing behavior to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Any ad-hoc projects assigned by Management.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma qualifications; Diplomas in relevant fields will be a bonus.
• At least 1 year working experience in a similar capacity, otherwise a good knowledge of the e-commerce sphere. Those with experience in managing and selling on online platforms has an added advantage.
• IT savvy with strong computer skills, particularly in Photoshop, Microsoft Office, ERP.
• Must be organised, resourceful, able to multi-task and work under tight schedules and deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and must be fluent in English, the official working language.
• Able to work independently.
• Must be task and results-oriented with a positive "can-do" attitude.
