Roles and Responsibilities for E-commerce Executive Support the E-commerce Manager and all other departments to grow our company\'s E-commerce business as follow:
Conceptualising, developing and executing effective online and offline marketing strategies.
Managing brand presences on third-party E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and Q10.
Implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive more traffic to all our company social media platforms eg Facebook, Instagram and to grow the company E-store business
Managing our company customer database and constantly implementing an engaging E-commerce Loyalty campaign.
Managing all day-to-day operations of the E-commerce operations, such as order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiries and website development.
Staying up to date on digital technology and exploring opportunities to capitalise on the newest trend of consumer behaviour in E-commerce.
Being the brand custodian to ensure that pricing is consistent and competitive across all third-party E-commerce platforms and our company E-store.
Helping to develop impactful E-campaigns that meet KPIs (traffic, marketing budget, site experience etc.) by embracing E-commerce strategies and offline marketing plans.
Carrying out any ad hoc assignments given by his/her superiors.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma n Business Management / Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce channel management.
Experience/strong understanding of the electrical home appliance industry would be ideal.
Experience in managing a Loyalty program from our Customer database.
Strong written communication skills with a flair for copywriting
Strong IT capability (Proficiency in Google Analytics and Adobe will be a plus)
