Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide input when required on projects related to the online store
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
• Work with developers to improve website speed and performance
• Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
• Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
• Prepare Reports and Analysis on sales performance
• Maintain all eCommerce platforms content with market partners while ensuring all content (pages, products listing & price, etc) are always updated and in line with guidelines/ reference
• Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
• Work with market partners to create engaging and shareable content for a blog, Facebook page, monthly newsletters and/or promotional videos.
• Maintain cutting-edge knowledge with relevant eCommerce, B2B digital marketing trends, new digital channels.
• Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar with the various market partners.
• Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute community initiatives and programs
• Manage and execute together with market partners on end-to-end eCommerce operations, including customer feedback.
• Responsible for coordinating all online orders from receiving to delivery level including purchasing, packing, shipping, and billing.
• To work with Regulatory on ensuring that the marketing info is in line with the law and Advertisement Act.

Qualifications

• University Bachelor\'s degree and above
• Preferably 1-2 years (junior) of working experience in e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English
• Able to drive progress independently
• Result-oriented, team player

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor\'s or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• E-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
