Job Description
Responsibilities
- Liaise with operation team to ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment and delivery to customer
- Prepare, upload and maintain product listings on e-commerce store
- Attend to customer enquiries and resolve order fulfilment issue
- 5 day work week
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful and excellent team player
- Experience in Ecommerce environment preferred
- Flexible schedule
