Job Description

• Strategise, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive sales to ecommerce sites. including, Shopee, Qoo10, Lazada, ezBuy, brand.com, and other websites.
• Manage product listings, pricings, inventory and logistics vendors
• Manage and track P&L within given budget
• Work closely with digital marketing team to develop contents and artwork for social media and online platforms which includes Facebook, Instagram, e-commerce site etc.
• Manage social media content designs and e-commerce shop-in-shop designs
• Develop SEO and SEM strategies to increase online presence and brand awareness.
• Track and analyze data from websites and search engines.
• Generate monthly reports on sales, expenses, channel performance and competitor tracking/analysis
• Able to analyse data insights from Google analytic, FB, E-commerce analysis etc and to make improvements/recommendations to online business
• Handle customer complaints time and professionally, making sure that each customer issue is followed-up and completed by related parties.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks and related duties assigned by management.

• Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Media Communications with min. 2 years in sales / marketing / digital /e-commerce role
• Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and its operations, online campaign planning
• Familiar with social media channels, e.g. FB, IG, Tiktok, Youtube
• Experience with Adobe Creative suite tools, .e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator
• Good writing and copy-writing skills.
• Strong business acumen, with numerical and analytical skills
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to problem solve with cross-functional teams
• Excellent project management/ organizational, time management, multi-tasking and follow-up skills.
