E Commerce Executive | Up To $3500 Per Month

Job Description
Shift Timing: 9am - 6pm (1 Off between Monday - Saturday & 1 Off on Sunday)
Location: Tan Boon Liat Building
Job Responsibility:
- Creating and maintaining accurate product listings on the company\'s website and brand stores on online marketplace platforms
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns with online marketplace platforms
- Optimising inventory level and pricing accuracy for product listings
- Respond to customer enquiries on timely basis
- Collaborating with colleagues to fulfil sales orders
- Handle return/refund/exchange orders if there is any order Processing
- Process purchase order to suppliers
- Verify invoices for pricing and quantity accuracy
- Coordinate international shipping
- Compile monthly purchase report
- Working knowledge of online marketplace platforms (For example: Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop,etc.)
- Similar experience in ecommerce in a retail industry
- Diploma in any field
- Possess great attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
