Position: Marketing Communications Assistant

Duration: 4 months (1st July)

Location: Novena

Salary: Up to $3500 per month

Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.00pm)

Job Duties:

• Assist Marketing Communications Team to plan and execute mall campaigns
• Prepare post campaign analysis and competitors\' analysis
• Marketing of in-mall promotion spaces, push cart, adspaces and machines to generate additional revenue for the mall
• Manage social media platforms and integrate online activities
• Manage content and updates for website
• Tenant liaison on A&P including soliciting Tenants\' feedback by conducting Tenant\'s meetings, surveys, etc. in respect of the A&P materials and activities.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in mass communications, marketing or related discipline. Some experience in marketing communications is preferred.
• Good written and spoken communication skills and strong ownership
• Strong project management skills - able to juggle multiple projects, and execute them well
• A proactive and collaborative team player who is able to work independently and in a team to deliver results with a keen eye for details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge with design software and technologies (Such as Illustrator & Photoshop)
