E-commerce Logistics Assistant This position works directly with the Operations Manager to ensure all logistics from receiving of goods, order processing and fulfilment is done in a timely and efficient manner Giftionery International is a digital first company that sells corporate gifts, stationery and other products to both the B2B and B2C market through multiple online e-commerce channels. • $1800-$2500

• 5 Day work week (mon to fri)

• 9am to 6pm working hours with 1 hour lunch

• Additional working hours required compensated with OT pay

• Warehouse environment with air con office

• Class 3A license with driving experience (Essential)

• 14 days of annual leave (negotiable)

• Physically fit (able to carry up to 15kg carton boxes)

• Download and print orders from online system

• Update status in system

• Pick and pack orders

• Label boxes when ready to be shipped

• Arrange with 3PL for pickup and monitor if not picked up

• In person fulfilment with in house vehicle for time sensitive orders

• Receiving of incoming inventory into warehouse

• Checking of inventory against PO

• Approving and accepting PO

• Raise issues with incoming goods (missing / wrong )

• Stock take

• Management of inventory and warehouse space

• Arrangement of redelivery if delivery failed

• Change of delivery timing or details for order

• Handling of returns

• Contacting customer for replacement / exchanges / issues with order

• Updating of status when order is packed / sent to 3PL / delivered

• Checking and processing of signed Delivery Orders and updating system

• Sorting of Delivery order and pass over for invoicing.

• Hiring and management of part time staff

• Managing ad hoc delivery service providers
