Job descriptionGMV/revenue target of each store/channel, Overall platform/site performance, Customer Acquisition, Traffic, eCR, AoV, LTV, Repeat and Frequency, Following and Growth of Kimstore Social Media channels, RoAS, CAC, Cost-to-Sales

  • Branding KPIs: Brand Market Share and competitiveness, Share of Voice, Site ranking, partnerships closed, customer loyalty, attrition rate
  • Spearheads branding and marketing for the whole Kimstore brand and upholds Brand guidelines
  • Manages eComm Creatives, Channel Partnerships, Social Media for Kimstore brand, Online Marketing, Analytics
  • Coordinates with internal team and manage partner agencies to facilitate Marketing requirements for Kimstore
  • Coordinates closely with eComm Channel Manager to ensure optimal channel performance of Kimstore channels
  • Custodian of A&P budget (Ads and Promo) and ensure to maximize utilization as approved by management
  • Custodian of Kimstore customer data- Populate the company's CRM platform with customer data (custodian can be later transfered to the IT Manager but Mktng should be the one pushing)
  • Manages Performance Marketing, eComm Analytics (FB, IG, Tiktok and Google as well as other Platforms' Analytics)
  • Manages Rewards and Incentives to promote loyalty

YOUR ROLE: E-commerce Marketing Manager develops and implements the strategic E-commerce marketing plan for the company. Stays abreast of changes in the online marketing environment and adjusts plans accordingly to best serve the objectives of the organization.YOUR FUNCTIONS:

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing and/or other related courses Preferably with MBA
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the same capacity.
  • Proven track record of sales achievement
  • Subject matter expert in dealing with Ecommerce Business
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Organizational and Planning skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing e-Commerce Unit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen to details
  • Fluency in all Microsoft applications & database solutions
  • Can follow deadline set
  • Proven ability to influence and can manage partnership with different Channels.
