Responsibilities

: " The E-Commerce Manager is leading La Maison du Whisky B2C's website. She/he is working on increasing the traffic and sales while enhancing customer experience , follow orders fulfilment, and apply plans in a fast-paced environment. The E-Commerce Manager is energetic , collaborative and results-oriented , technology-savvy and is able to effectively manage multiple projects . Last but not least, he/she has great customer relationship skills. Responsibilities 360 role dedicated to run ************* Responsible of the service quality & customer satisfaction. Drive e-commerce sales performance & traffic to achieve targets. Keep the website alive with new products, new offers, banners, latest news, etc. Manage and simplify e-commerce operations & processes. Analyze past performances, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness & ROI. Manage customer retention and loyalty programmes. Work with agency partners & internal teams to develop and execute optimized online brand content & awareness. Manage sales, promotions, marketing, digital & social media campaigns over digital platforms.
