Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or any business-related course.
  • Preferably 2 yrs & up experienced specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable in Lazada and Shoppe
  • Possesses strong leadership and decision-making ability
  • With good interpersonal and above average communication skills
  • Must be optimistic, flexible and open-minded
  • Can deal with all levels of people
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for the entire of the store's website, including making sure all listings, promotions and events are updated.
  • Ensuring the quality of customer service is exceptional.
  • Ensure that the online store runs smoothly with good up time
  • Ensuring prompt response time to customer inquiries
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of local and international orders
  • Reviews competitor's pricing and recommends changes in order to remain competitive
  • Coordinates with social media and e commerce team to deliver good content
  • Responsible for the sales and thinking of new idea that can attract online customers
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • E-Commerce: 2 years (Preferred)
