• Design and oversee all aspects of the digital/online presence of the CWI Group including content, basic set up of social media platforms, email marketing and online campaigns.
• Develop and monitor all digital campaigns.
• Plan and manage the social media platforms in coordination with Brand/Principal.
• Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaigns overall performance.
• Identify latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that will affect website traffic, target audience and online sales.
• Work will all teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Directly oversee the sales and operations of the e-commerce site including meeting sales target.
• Recommends enhancements to digital presence citing best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• At least 5 years experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing.

• Must have handled a digital marketing team previously.
• Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
• In depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics.
• Phenomenal market research skills.
• Superb data analysis and report writing abilities.
