• At least 2 years of relevant work experience for Junior Exec, preferably familiar with E-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, iChangi, TikTok, Carousell and etc..)
• Administrate and responsible for e-Commerce platforms and all the online contents and pricings.Graphic Design - Design, review, and produce marketing banners, brochures, posters and advertising materials.
• To assist advertising on media platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google display Ads, Instagram Ads etc.
• Support the eCommerce operation team in the processing of ecommerce orders when necessary.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Media/Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent to at least 2 years of relevant working experiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or other Adobe software is a MUST.
• Able to converse in Chinese as there will be mandarin speaking associates to liaise in operations and chinese written marketing articles to work on.
• Able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision and take ownership of allocated tasks.
• Meticulous with an eye for details.
• Able to start work immediately is preferred.
