Company Profile: Our client specialised in leather accessories for men and ladies, with categories ranging from shoes and bags to small leather accessories. The company has a diverse portfolio of brands in lifestyle and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute e-commerce activities
• Execute sales, promotions, brand collaborations, marketing campaigns, and other activities over offline and online platforms
• Update content for organisation\xe2\x80\x99s website and Point of Sales system and maintain it for smooth funtionality
• Execute customer retention strategies and loyalty activities
• Engage in service excellence initiatives
• Collate data of customers\xe2\x80\x99, shopping behaviours, brand and marketing activities
• Collate information on local and international business, market trends, new business opportunities and market segments
• Analyse data and prepare reports to understand and improve sales and customer experience
• Other duties that may be assigned
  

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in relevant field
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce from fashion or retail industry. However, no related experience candidate is also welcomed to apply!
• Good understanding and experienced handling a multi-channel brand/product in Shopify, marketplace platforms (e.g. Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora), and Google Analytics
• Has practical knowledge in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Suite, Oracle Netsuite, Excel
