Scope & Responsibilities:
Customer Review Management - Engage customers to encourage positive reviews and manage feedback. Product Listing Support - Assist in maintaining and optimizing product listings on Shopify, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. * Social Media Content Creation - Support the team in generating creative content for digital marketing and engagement.
