Pick & Pack orders from online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok) in an air-conditioned environment
Handle Return & Refund orders from online platforms
Manage and record inventory for all incoming goods. Ensure correct quantities and report any discrepancies.
Provide simple information and support to walk-in customers for warranty exchanges (very few, less than 3 in a month)
Keep the warehouse and office environment clean, tidy, and organised
Check if the shipping fee is accurately charged
Training will be provided
Skillsets
Responsible, honest, and able to work independently
Eager to learn and adapt to new systems/processes
Basic computer skills,such as excel, word, email
Able to manage and check inventory precisely
Good with fast and accurate packing
Who We're Looking For
Reliable, honest and punctual
Experience in e-commerce, or packing roles is preferred but not required
Can read and communicate simple English & Mandarin
