The Role: Your Mission


You will be the backbone of our order processing and fulfillment, working closely with our Operations Specialist to manage the daily flow of goods. This role is crucial for maintaining our high customer satisfaction and is perfect for someone meticulous, reliable, and comfortable with a hands-on, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


1. Order Fulfillment & Logistics (Primary Focus)



Picking & Packing:

Efficiently pick products and meticulously pack online orders from our various platforms (website, marketplaces).

Labeling & Dispatch:

Generate shipping labels, organize packages, and coordinate with courier partners for timely daily collection/drop-off.

Inventory Integrity:

Assist in basic stock-taking, cycle counting, and organizing the inventory area to maintain an accurate stock count.

Returns Processing:

Handle incoming returns, perform visual checks, and restock or prepare for repair as instructed.

2. Operations & Customer Support Triage (Secondary Focus)



Inbound Triage:

Receive and unpack new stock deliveries, perform basic quality checks (quantity/condition), and place items into designated storage locations.

Simple After-Sales Support: P

erforming basic first-level troubleshooting or conducting simple repairs/parts replacements on pet hardware devices (full technical training provided for these tasks).

Workspace Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packing and inventory area.
Who We're Looking For


Reliability is Key:

Must be punctual, responsible, and able to commit to the agreed-upon weekly schedule.

Physical Stamina:

Able to stand, walk, and lift/carry packages up to 10-15kg occasionally.

Tech Literacy:

Comfortable using basic e-commerce software (e.g., Shopify, basic inventory management system) and simple computer tools (e.g., printing labels, using Google Sheets).

Meticulous & Organized:

Strong attention to detail to ensure the right product goes to the right customer. Valuable Bonus Skill (Please Highlight in Application)

Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3A Driving License.

(This is not mandatory, but candidates who can occasionally assist with local pickups, small deliveries, or urgent errands using a company/rental vehicle will be highly prioritized.)
