Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment (Pick & Pack)

Pick, pack, and prepare daily customer orders for dispatch accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipment and delivery. Ensure packaging standards align with brand aesthetics and safety requirements. Perform quality checks on products before shipping.

Ecommerce Operations

Manage product listings across multiple platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop). Ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and content updates. Monitor order flows, resolve errors or delays, and ensure smooth backend processing. Assist in campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and platform-specific flash sales setup.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

Perform regular stock takes and inventory reconciliation. Update stock movement records across systems. Flag low-stock or out-of-stock items and support reordering processes. Help improve stockroom organization and space utilization.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Ecommerce, Marketing, or related fields. 1-3 years' experience in ecommerce operations or order fulfillment. Deep familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop. Basic understanding of inventory software or warehouse systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. * Good written and verbal communication skills.
