Job Description
Our client is a Singapore-based pioneering business with over 50 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
They specialize in the distribution of pharmaceutical and medical products locally and regionally in Southeast Asia.
We are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Executive who will be supporting the full supply chain workflow operations, from order management to operation workflow.
Job Details:
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Location: Tiong Bahru
- Organization Stability
- AWS + VB
- Responsible for the end-to-end e-commerce operations.
- In charge of order processing duties and coordinate with logistics team to ensure efficiency in shipment.
- Oversee customer service operations by ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of enquiries/complains.
- Monitor inventory management to ensure sufficient stock and develop forecasting strategies to minimize excess inventory.
- Candidates with experience in SAP/Shopee/Lazada/Shopify are highly advantageous
- Ability to work and adapt well in fast-paced environments
