As an Operations Intern, you will be involved in the key operational processes that allow our range of Smile Cosmetics products to get in the hands of customers seamlessly with a smile. You will understand and help optimise the supply chain for multiple products in multiple markets.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel highly preferred

We are looking for an ambitious Ecommerce Operations Intern to:

• Support the Smile Cosmetics operations team to fulfil customer demand for multiple e-commerce products
• Liaise with various stakeholders in the supply chain to ensure our customers are happy with their orders
• Be involved in defining a new operational setup for scale including subscription management and new product launches
• Work closely with the Product team to improve operational process using CRM, Excel and other tools
