Job Description


The ideal candidate should be equipped with strong analytical skills, strategic planning skills, and people management experience. You will be leading the team to drive the growth of brands/clients in the E-commerce industry, which ensures success and performance in the online environment.Responsibility

  • To lead the team and drive the business across all the regions.
  • Manage relationships with the Marketplace category -Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Brand.com, etc.
  • Own overall relationship with assigned brands/categories, which includes the E-commerce KPIs like GMV, Orders, and Traffic.
  • Coordinate closely with the digital marketing team and marketplace new developments to keep up with the trends.
  • Conduct analysis to monitor the client\'s account growth and performance
  • Build the team\'s capabilities to drive results while fostering a positive culture among the team
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in E-commerce, ideally with a platform or with an enabler
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills - You will have to handle loads of insights and data!
  • Leadership skills - Be ready to lead a team!
  • Project management experience
  • Advanced Excel/Google Analytics and PowerPoint skills
  • Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude
