We are looking for a highly organised and resourceful E-commerce Operations & Marketing Executive to support our growing online business. This role combines product sourcing, product listing creation, basic operations, and digital marketing. You will work closely with the management team to bring new products to market, improve online visibility, and support day-to-day e-commerce processes.
Key Responsibilities

Product Sourcing & Development
Research, source, and negotiate with suppliers (local and overseas)
Request quotations, compare pricing, MOQ, lead times, and quality
Coordinate sampling, product testing, and development
Maintain supplier database and ensure timely follow-ups
Product Listing Creation & Management
Create SKU listings on Shopify and other platforms (Carousell, TikTok Shop, Shopee/Lazada if applicable)
Upload product photos, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and shipping details
Optimise listings for SEO, clarity, and conversion
Ensure product information is up-to-date and accurate across all platforms
E-commerce Operations
Assist with order processing, fulfilment coordination, and inventory updates
Track incoming stock, supplier deliveries, and production timelines
Support customer enquiries and after-sales where required
Monitor product performance and report on bestsellers, slow-moving stock, and opportunities
Marketing & Content Support
Support content creation for social media, ads, and website (photos, short videos, captions)
Execute basic marketing tasks such as posting, scheduling, and running simple campaigns
Assist with promotional planning, bundle deals, and festive launches
Coordinate with external designers/agencies when needed
Requirements

Must Have
Experience in e-commerce operations, online selling, or digital marketing
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Basic knowledge of product sourcing (Alibaba, local vendors, etc.)
Comfortable using Shopify or similar platforms
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Good to Have
Experience with Carousell, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada
Graphic design or photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut)
Knowledge of SEO, online ads, or analytics
Prior experience in consumer products, gifts, or merchandising
