Job Description


Key Job Accountabilities:

Manage the day-to-day administrative responsibilities, monitoring, and follow-up of e-commerce activation, as well as monitoring online sell-in & sell-out excellence.

Monitor and enhance the online sales activity

  • Launch, manage, monitor, track and optimize e-commerce business plan with all stakeholders (product marketing, commercial, corporate team, retailers, agencies)
  • Close collaboration with the product marketing and commercial team to deploy successful product listing, stock allocation, new launches, special offers and unique product bundles.
  • Merchandise website products/categories based on current and forecasted sales objectives, key seasons and events, and website selling data as aligned with the commercial team.
  • Close collaboration with China Hub EC team and commercial team to draw conclusions on specific e-commerce KPIs (category conversion rate, average order value, L\'Or\xc3\xa9al buyer #, abandon cart, etc)
Manage Competitive market and best practice intelligence
  • Keep informed and report on competitors and marketplaces campaigns, price policies, product ranges for online channels
  • Manage, analyze, and consolidate the findings on e-commerce web KPIs into daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management team
Achieve excellence through optimization and innovation
  • Ensure User Experience of the website including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure that all ecommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose
  • Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross-selling mechanisms, data ownership within e-commerce brands websites and e-retailers ones
  • Create synergies between inside and outside partners in marketing or digital activities
  • Provide SEO/SEM and Digital Marketing through innovation and process improvements
  • Leverage local constraints and maturity in ecommerce activation to drive growth
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors

Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or above preferable in Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience, preferably in e-commerce, trade marketing or category management
  • Analytical-minded, detail-oriented, organized, proactive and able to work independently while being a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skill to efficiently multi-task, manage external parties and follow up effectively in a challenging, dynamic, and fast paced environment
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office Applications and Sales Force is a plus
  • Knowledge of Travel Retail dynamics and environment is a plus
