E-MESA is a structure operating under Hermes South Asia Region. This entity holds Hermes.com website and operates online sales for Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
The E-commerce Operations supervisor works together with his counterpart and oversees all e-store processes and their optimization.He is the main coordinator between the Customer Contact Center, E-merchandising, Logistics and Finance teams. He is acting as a control tower of the entire operations and is accountable for a smooth end-to end order process from product supply to customer delivery.The E-commerce Operations supervisor is also in charge of following-up and rolling-out various projects for the business. A key project to be handled for the upcoming 3 years is the migration of our two key systems: our ERP and the e-commerce platform.ECOMMERCE

  • Is responsible of E-commerce stock and order flow (clients orders, shared stock orders and stock set up, product transfers).
  • In charge of the relationship with the warehouse and carriers. Monitors closely the KPIs, challenges our warehouse and the shipping carriers and put in place continuous improvement plan.
PRODUCT FLOWS AND ACCURACY MANAGEMENT
  • Supervises product flows operations (stock accuracy and adjustments, purchase orders, delivery claims, packaging orders, stock take).
  • Coordinates stock transfers and export shipments.
  • Coordinates damaged product flows and aftersales process.
  • Raises alerts and ensures quick problem resolutions with the different stakeholders.
PROJECTS
  • Oversees projects roll out (user need / gap analysis / test).
  • Is the main contact point to roll out new services on the website. Work closely with the central Paris Digital team and local teams for E-commerce services roll-out, warehouse performance projects and coordination with retail stores.
  • Is the key user actively involved in the migration project of our ERP and e-commerce platform.
+ Participates in workshops and share about the user needs and requirements.
+ Acts as the e-commerce expert and work closely with the migration team for the gap analysis and testing phase.
+ Anticipates and manages the migration impacts on the business and the team.
+ Ensures a successful and smooth roll-out of the project.ADMINISTRATION
  • Supervises logistics and legal requirements (product registration and export requirements, Terms and conditions, supplier contracts).
  • Is the main contact for accounting and internal control (supplier invoices, treasury discrepancies, audit) and ensure EMESA complies with Regional and Group regulations.

  • Must be a good team player, pleasant, service oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong team building, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
