Responsibilities
We are a fast growing Mobile / Tablet & Laptop E-Commerce Company. Join us today for an incredible opportunity to tap on the E-Commerce booming market !!
Shop address: Grandlink Square (3 min walk from Paya Lebar MRT)
- Product uploading and editing on marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada/Carousel/Facebook and other platform)
- Receive and respond to eCommerce customer inquiries and concerns. Coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and email
- Managing eCommerce customer’s comments and review through social media and marketplaces
- Handling retail walk in customer
- 5 days work week (1 weekday off / 1 weekend off)
- Retail experience will be a plus point
- Good learning attitude, independent as well as a team player.
- Initiative to take on responsibilities and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft office
