Job Description
Retykle is Asias largest resale platform for buying and selling designer babies, children's & maternity fashion, gear and toys. Our mission is to make buying and selling high-quality pre-loved items as good, if not better than buying new. We sell over 2500 of the worlds best childrens and maternity brands at a fraction of traditional prices - up to 90% off. We are a purpose-led company with a strong environmental mission to create a longer lifespan for childrens products by keeping them in circulation and out of landfills.
The platform started in Hong Kong in 2016 and expanded to Singapore in 2021. We are growing rapidly in Singapore and are on the lookout for great interns to join us this summer. We are flexible on the work arrangement to suit the best candidates and will invest heavily in ensuring that the experience is enriching and fun experience.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
- Maintain the content of the company website through product photography ,uploads and pricing
- Attend to customer enquiries and administrative matters
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on key operational KPIs
- Manage Stocks, Showroom Display and Store & Office Supplies
- Assist in offline events such as pop up events and other marketing and PR initiatives
- Handle other ad-hoc projects whenever necessary
