We're looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our growing team as an E-Commerce & Retail Support Assistant Assistant. This role offers a behind-the-scenes look into the heartbeat of a modern lifestyle brand. You'll support the day-to-day operations that keep our e-commerce, logistics, and retail experiences running seamlessly.

What You'll Do

Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, liaising with shipping partners and managing delivery schedules. Support retail duty rostering to ensure optimal retail store coverage and efficiency. Handle customer and business inquiries promptly and professionally. Oversee order fulfilment, ensuring every parcel leaves on time and with care. Liaise closely with our warehouse and retail teams on stock movements and replenishments. Assist with inventory counts and tracking accuracy. Deliver warm, thoughtful customer service both online and in-store. Provide administrative support to the team such as: data entry, document organisation, coordination. Participate in brand events and special events as needed. Be flexible to assist in retail operations when required, supporting sales and customer engagement.

Requirements:

Responsible, adaptable, and eager to learn. A strong communicator who enjoys helping others. Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving, hands-on environment. Comfortable working both independently and in a small team. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools. Familiarity with e-commerce or retail operations is a bonus. Interest in fashion or lifestyle brands is a big plus!

Expected Pay:

Internship: $800-$1000 Full Time: $2000-2500
