Job Description


Wholesale Gift & Stationery E-Commerce Company

  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Benefits
  • $2000-$3000 per month (depends on prior experience)
  • Up to 2 month year end bonus
  • 5 day work week (9-5)


Requirements:
  • No experience are welcome, on job training provided
  • English profiency, both written and spoken
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Prior admin role experiences are beneficial
  • Positive attitude and a great team player
  • No education level required
