To grow the e-Commerce business by developing and executing marketing plans and enhance retail shopping experience to deliver sales target:
Manage online retail platforms through strategies and analysis of buying patterns by maintaining promotions and conceptualising effective marketing
Work closely with team to implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive more traffic such as through social media platforms
Build rapport and long-term relationship by understanding the needs of various customers.
Conceptualise creative contents for social media and emailers
Develop impactful e-campaigns that meet KPIs (traffic, marketing budget, site experience etc.) by embracing e-Commerce strategies and offline marketing plans.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the e-commerce operations, such as order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiries and website development.
Stay up-to-date on digital technology and explore opportunities to capitalise on the newest trend of consumer behaviour in e-Commerce.
Monitor and ensure that pricing is consistent and competitive across all e-Commerce platforms.
Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates should preferably have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
Relevant Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, and other related courses or experience.
Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Prior experience on Google Ads / Facebook Ad tools will be an advantage
