Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative

E-commerce & Social Media Assistant

to support our online sales and digital marketing activities. This role involves managing product listings on online marketplaces, handling social media postings, and creating short-form video content and live streams to drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage product listings on online marketplaces such as

Shopee

and

Lazada

, including product titles, descriptions, pricing, and images Update and optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales performance Plan and publish posts on social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) Create short-form video content for TikTok and Shopee Host or assist with

live streaming

sessions on TikTok and Shopee to promote products Communicate clearly in English for content creation, captions, and basic coordination Support day-to-day e-commerce and marketing tasks as needed
Requirements

Experience or ability to create product listings for online marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada Ability to manage and post content on social media platforms Comfortable speaking and communicating in

English

Able to create short videos and participate in live streaming on

TikTok

and

Shopee

Basic understanding of online sales, social media trends, and digital content Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Prior experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, or live selling Basic video editing skills On-camera confidence for live streaming

Pay: $300.00 - $750.00 per month
