Job Description
We are a preloved luxury retail boutique and we are looking for a E-commerce & Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly & highly-effective team.
Job scope
Provide the day-to-day retail and e-commerce operations support, e.g. pick & pack orders, stock management, display shelf management etc. Develop a good understanding on luxury fashion & advise our clients accordingly Handle in-bound client enquiries via social media (Instagram, Email, WhatsApp etc.)
Requirements
Team player, willingness to learn, attention to detail, drive to constantly to improve oneself Enjoy human interactions and build relationship with people Interests in fashion & style Experience in customer service, social media, photography, videography, content writing will be advantageous Minimum commitment 2-3 days a week for 1 year. Must be able to work 1 weekend (Sat or Sun) each week. Our operational hours: 10AM-7PM. Right to work in Singapore required. We are unable to sponsor work permit
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
