Position Summary

As the eCommerce Specialist, you will contribute to our overall objective of providing best-in-class digital user experience across our eCommerce platform by managing the day-to-day content related activities of the digital channels (Nespresso Singapore Website, Mobile app, etc), ensuring best user experience to convert visitors into satisfied customers on our eCommerce boutiques platforms, and updating digital boutiques with content and features according to local campaigns and global product launch.
A day in the life of...
You will be updating the content management system (set-up, test and activate) with the latest content for the campaigns, ensuring product descriptions are consistent from one digital platform to another (including mobile site and app), ensuring all visuals are updated and web optimized from digital rights prospective and editing existing digital material (banners, web pages) to gain agility in managing the digital assets in alignment with HQ guidelines. You will also be required to liaise with respective stakeholders to follow-up on test and/or production incidents and conduct Market Acceptance Tests (both front-end and back-end across all digital platforms. As an eCommerce Specialist, you would need to liaise with respective parties to ensure a seamless experience and optimized purchasing path from call-to-actions to landing pages and to implement all eMerchandising activities as per plan.
