We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels, including marketplaces (Amazon, Shopee, Alibaba etc), and potential third-party partnerships. You will own product listings, optimize sales funnels, and drive digital revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms
Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS) and implement data-driven improvements
Develop and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal bundles
Coordinate with marketing and design teams on content and creative assets
Monitor stock levels, pricing, and competitive positioning
Identify and onboard new e-commerce partners or marketplaces
Ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer experience standards
Qualifications
2-4 years experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or marketplace management
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Shopee, Lazada)
Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Excel/Sheets
Data-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple platforms
Experience in telecom, travel, or digital products (a plus)
