E Commerce Support Officer
Job Description
We are looking for E-commerce Support officer to help us configure and upload contents for a new e-commerce site. Candidates are required to possess an eye for details, meticulous and tech savvy and with some understanding about travel and tourism.
Key Responsibilities: Creating and uploading product information for e-commerce portals Performs any required research to enhance the product information Conducts stringent checks to ensure information uploaded are correct and accurate
Minimum Job Requirements: Experienced in Travel industry and Marketing Good command of English Proficient in Chinese and/or Malay as we are also looking to target the neighbouring markets Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets, MS Word and Excel Basic knowledge in photo-editing tools Meticulous with an extreme attention to detail. Highly self-motivated, independent and well organized Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively. Good verbal communication skills and able to work with an open communication style
