A. Job SummaryAn E-Commerce Merchandising Officer ensures that products appear in the website / seller center, at the appropriate time and in correct quantities. This involves working closely with the various departments to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance. Recommends improvement on e-commerce procedure to ensure efficiency and cost-effective methods in support of sales and management objectives.B. Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicates / Coordinates / Negotiates with online accounts with regards to requirements, and sampling procedures.
• Merchandising Function:
• Collates, uploads, and monitors all information needed for item creation in e-commerce platforms.
• Updates item segmentation for e-commerce regularly as new products are added.
• Sets new product allocation for each e-commerce store.
• Monitors inventory for each store and replenishes when necessary.
• Researches and reports on e-commerce product demands.
• Prepares forecast for e-commerce requirements.
• Prepares e-commerce memos on process change and special arrangement cases.
• Computes margins and pricing for e-commerce promotions.
• Price adjustment for e-commerce promo activation.
• Operations Function:
• Coordinates with various departments on setting up the back end system for new store on-boarding.
• Monitors all information needed for item creation in e-commerce platforms.
• Monitors shipment arrival of new items to be included in e-commerce platforms.
• Monitoring & Assessment:
• Monitoring of loss opportunities.
• Monitors inventory for each store and replenishes when necessary.
• Researches and reports on e-commerce product demands.
• Prepares merchandising weekly and monthly reports for discussion and assessment with E-Commerce Manager and Management.
• Evaluates effectiveness of product segmentation and re-assess as needed.
• Reviews online inventory on a regular basis and re-organize inventory at seller center in coordination with E-Commerce Manager and Management.
• Monthly review of sales and inventory performance per category / brand.
• Generates report on Top SKUs and slow moving SKUs for analysis.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate leader.

C. Qualification1. Graduate of any 4-year business related course.2. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.4. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.5. Basic to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per monthSchedule:
