Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for positioning and planning of industrial towns/parks, multi-scale socio-economic analysis and industry market study. .Formulate industry positioni The candidate will be responsible for positioning and planning of industrial towns/parks, multi-scale socio-economic analysis and industry market study. .Formulate industry positioning and planning of industrial towns/parks. .Conduct multi-scale socio-economic analysis of large scale regional and/or place-based economic developments. .Conduct industry and market analysis that are relevant to the projects. .Collaborate with Urban Planners and Infrastructure Engineers to create project feasible strategic studies that are able to attract financing and are relevant to prevailing markets. .Organise and prepare presentations and reports in both English and Chinese. Requirements .Possess a first or post graduate degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate or Geography (with a human and economic focus). .Strong research, report-writing and presentation skills. .Comfortable with data analysis. .A good team player. .Able to work with minimum supervision. .Frequent travelling will be required. .Proficient in MS Office, basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop and Illustrator) and GIS.
