  • Define and execute strategic consumer credit cards product roadmaps for all segments from mass, emerging affluent to UHNWI
  • Lead product development, program launches, and partnership management to gain maximum benefit from each product.
  • Drive customer value proposition, positioning and acquisition strategy to improve customer experience and gain market share
  • Identify opportunity to launch new products, features, and capabilities. Working with technology and platform team to prioritise and deliver the projects.
  • Lead engagement with the schemes (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) to track performance, identify opportunities for growth and negotiate supports.
  • Have a deep understanding of credit card business, schemes rules and regulations, credit policy for different segment, P&L and rewards management
  • Manage a team that in charge of product lifecycle management such as product setup, cards onboarding and issuance, rewards setup and redemption and help the to provide direction, prioritise and remove obstacles.
  • Strategize and implement new capabilities and features for credit card rewards system for both earn and burn by working closely with technology and platform team.

  • Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize complex information, make sound tactical decisions, and communicate such information in a clear, simple way to a variety of audiences, ranging from senior executives to working-level technical specialists.
  • Ability to formulate and communicate strategies rooted in deep knowledge of product, consumer, and market factors, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Self-starter who identifies areas of opportunity and drives forward efficiencies, processes, and goals forward with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to develop clear, insightful PowerPoint presentations, internal briefs and reports.
  • Technical aptitude: Demonstrated ability to work with complex products or capabilities, the ideal candidate will have an existing basic understanding of credit card systems and scheme compliances, especially for issuance of cards (IPK, BIN, chip certification process), authorisation and settlement flow, rewards system, API.
