As Head of Globesend Digital Channels you will be leading the development and launch of digital platform, products and services that will help us in achieving this mission.\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute Globesend digital channel strategies that support the bank\'s overall business goals and objectives.\xc2\xb7 Lead cross-functional teams, including technology, design, marketing, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless customer journey, product development and delivery\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather requirements, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for innovation.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.\xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to best practices to deliver high-quality products within specified timelines and budgets.\xc2\xb7 Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and enhancement.\xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and design principles to drive innovation and competitive advantage.\xc2\xb7 Provide thought leadership and guidance to the organization on digital product development and strategy.Here\'s what you can expect:\xc2\xb7 A Culture of Collaboration and Inclusion: We value hard work, integrity, respect, and a diversity of thought. We\'re looking for individuals who are driven to achieve this audacious goal in a psychologically safe environment, where taking risks and learning from mistakes is encouraged.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 10+ years of experience in digital and payments technology, with a focus on digital product development and management in the global payments industry\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of the payments industry, digital platforms/system, and relevant technologies.\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of successfully launching digital products and services.\xc2\xb7 Strong business acumen, strategic thinking capabilities and decision-making skills\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment, the ability to work independently and be a self-starter.\xc2\xb7 Expertise in design thinking, user experience (UX) design, and agile development methodologies.\xc2\xb7 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\xc2\xb7 Ability to function effectively under pressure in environments of rapid change, conflicting demands, and crisis management and possess creative problem-solving skillsThe ideal candidate will possess a strong business mindset, coupled with hands-on experience in technology, design, and agile development methodologies.
