About the role

Production of Penfolds and CellarDoor.Co emails globally including base template design, build and continuous updates implementation best practice and new functionality. This role will be responsible for creating and updating eDMs across campaign, automation and journeys. Can be Melbourne or Singapore based.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

• Grow eDM capability and functionality that deliver on sales and engagement objectives.
• Coding modular templates and building eDMs for both campaign, automated and journey sends with supplied content including dynamic content and personalisation.
• Adapting new features and updating templates as required and championing best practice email design.
• Testing, troubleshooting and resolving rendering issues in various platforms, devices and systems.
• Supporting automation and journey building as required.
• Ability to tag emails for indepth analytics and insights.
• Identify and implement testing methodologies (A/B testing) focusing on designs, functionality and UX with the aim to continually improve key engagement and conversion metrics (open, click and conversion rates).
• Reporting on performance and regular monitoring of deliverability, rendering and engagement.
• Creating documentation and user guides email templates and modules.
• Briefing and management of agencies and internal cross functional team.
• Stay current on industry best practices and provide recommendations.

About you

• A minimum of 2 years\' experience in a similar direct marketing/CRM technical operations focused role
• A minimum of 2 years\' experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable
• Proven success in eDM production and automation
• Qualified to degree level or higher - ideally a digital or marketing degree
• Proficient in eDM & marketing automation tools (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Proficiency in dynamic content and strategies for personalisation
• Technical development and implementation of responsive, dynamic eDM templates and modules
• Proficient in HTML and CSS essential with additional coding experience an advantage (AmpScript, SQL, Javascript)
• Highly desirable JSON coding skills
• Highly desirable Salesforce Marketing Cloud qualifications
• Highly desirable Salesforce Sales Cloud qualifications
• Highly desirable Salesforce Audience Builder experience
• Highly developed communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet competing deadlines
• Appreciation for digital marketing touchpoints
• Appreciation of DTC market and nuances in countries globally
