1. Comprehension of the Indonesian National Curriculum of 2013 as evidenced by training certificate. 2. Understanding of Indonesian " Kurikulum Merdeka " as evidenced by a training certificate 3. Hold an education degree from Indonesian Higher Education System majoring in guidance and counseling4. Possess National Unique Number for Teachers (NUPTK) released by the Indonesian Ministry of Education5. Have at least 4 years of teaching experience in an Indonesian government Schools6. Hold BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing) teaching certificate
