THE ROLE

About the Role
The Education Intern is based in Singapore and is a part of Coty Travel Retail APAC Education unit. This position provides opportunity to the incumbent in supporting the Training Manager in planning and execution of the training curriculum and strategies for the APAC region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support in liaising with internal and external training partners on training support matters relating to arrangement and coordination.
• Upkeep the Education library that includes content adaptation and send content for translation that consistently supply and supports Beauty Advisors\' learning and development.
• Oversee LMS and manage content from Global Education for timely mobile learning modules publishment.
• Provide logistical support around training unit needs.

WHAT YOU\'LL BRING

ESSENTIAL:

• Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul to Dec 2023) for a full-time internship.
• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
• Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
• Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
• Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
• Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
• Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
