Summary
We are looking for Full-Time Education Specialists (Math or Science) to support our curriculum team by coming up with content and lesson plans to bring the best educational experience to our students. You also enjoy delivering engaging lessons to your students and are always looking for new and innovative ways to conduct lessons. You possess 1-2 years of relevant experience and are interested in learning and using edtech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum

• Collaborate with members of the curriculum team to create, sustain and improve the development and maintenance of high-quality educational content, including lesson plans, assessments and learning materials for children specifically for the product.
• Collaborate with members of the curriculum team to create, sustain and improve the development and maintenance of high-quality educational content, including lesson plans, assessments specifically for the hybrid tuition model.
• Teaching

• Carry out teaching duties which includes, but is not limited to:

• Frontal teaching in the classroom
• Assigning homework and giving feedback
• Engaging and updating parents
• Tracking the academic progress of students
• Complete any adhoc task or projects assigned by the management team

• Aspiring educators, regardless of background, with a Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline
• Strong understanding of MOE syllabus
• Proficient in creating and delivering educational materials
• Possess excellent and verbal communication abilities
• Responsible team player with a positive approach towards work
• A passion for education, and dedication towards cultivating the skills and academic abilities of young students
• Committed to the development and well-being of children
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
