To work with the Lead/Deputy Lead, Local Engagement, to manage and support the development of local student recruitment efforts for the institute by promoting the SIM brand-name and planning local student recruitment strategies.
To attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, live chat, etc and look into the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and requirements so as to recommend suitable education pathways
To assist customers in programme application and checking for documentation to support the turnaround time for admissions processing
To build strong product knowledge, comply with work policies and procedures and continuously improve customer service skills
To comply with quality standards set for the department
Leads Management
To follow up on all leads assigned on a timely basis
To prepare and maintain leads follow-up reports
Market Engagement & Project Management
To understand the local education landscape and explore new developments.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to conceptualize and plan events that align with the company\'s goals and objectives
Manage the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept development to post-event evaluation. Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless execution and exceptional attendee experiences
To plan and leverage community engagement to build awareness and brand name.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of working experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or customer service
Experienced in Customer Service and Sales conversion processes
Good understanding of the higher education industry in Singapore
Events experience will be a bonus
Able to work on rostered Saturdays (9am \xe2\x80\x93 1pm)
Well-developed diplomacy skills and ability to handle expansive and diverse customers
Pleasant and patient personality with an excellent service mindset
Good interpersonal skills with a high level of initiative and drive
Team-oriented and a great team player
