The Role: Customer/Tech Training Instructor Acts as the liaison for the sales team, order management, and customers regarding BeyondTrust University. Support and answer internal and customer questions regarding BeyondTrust University offerings and registration processes. Maintain and ensure learning management system registration processes are operational. What You\'ll Do:

  • Liaison between sales, order management, and customers regarding education services
  • Recommend training for customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries about training and service offerings
  • Manage course registration for customers, partners and employees
  • Maintains accurate course records and learner activity
  • Provides system administration for the learning management system including testing new releases
  • Provides training reports
What You\'ll Bring:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or related experience
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • 3+ years experience with Learning Management System administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Superb follow-up, time management and organizational skills
Nice To Have:
  • Prior experience with security software and/or IT industry
