at least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Early Intervention Program or Childcare with special needs experience
conduct one-to-one and small group teaching for preschoolers
create IEP and deliver lesson plans to meet students' needs and abilities
monitor the progress of the students and writing progress notes and reports
conduct parent meetings and training
develop instructional materials that meet students’ varying needs
address all aspects of the learning experience, including the academic, social and emotional aspects
strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
passionate in working with children of all ages
positive learning attitude
great drive and initiative
a good team player
enjoy working in a family-like setting
