EHS Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate workplace accidents and liaise with internal specialists and external authorities to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
Monitor compliance with permits, licenses, and statutory regulations.
Conduct regular EHS communications across departments and stakeholders.
Utilize problem-solving tools (CORE/CPS) to address complex EHS challenges.
Support site audits: ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, Safety Management Systems, etc.
Perform machine/equipment audits and support workplace inspections and WSH meetings.
Track and analyze EHS performance metrics to identify hazards and recommend improvements.
Assist in emergency response training and fire drill exercises.
Deliver EHS awareness programs for all staff levels to ensure regulatory compliance.
Participate in process safety assessments and review risk documentation (RA, JSA, JHA, HAZOP).
Keep the site's legal register and EHS layouts up to date in accordance with changes or technological advancements.
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent).
Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (RWSHO)
certification is
preferred
.
Prior experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry is a plus.
