Job Description
European company with two manufacturing sites
- Develop and implement EHS programs and procedures across two sites
- Monitor and ensure safety standards are adhered according to regulations
- Work closely with Corporate to deploy relevant programs
- Develop EHS programs to minimize risk at workplace
- Investigate and make recommendations to prevent recurring accidents
- Conduct audit, study accident events and inspection operational work processes
- Develop EHS training material and conduct training
- Evaluate new hazardous materials to ensure compliance in EHS standard
- Degree in Engineering
- 5 years of working experience in EHS function in a manufacturing environment
- Understand ISO14000 and ISO45000 management systems
- Experience with audits and inspect of work processes
- Demonstrate strong understand of problem solving tools and statistical methods
- Independent, driven, good energy and work with minimum supervision
- Able to support two sites: based in Ang Mo Kio and also support Pioneer site
