Responsibilities

Development and implementation of the EHS program and EHS Culture initiatives for facilities

• Management of EHS Tier II program and new process introduction to facilities Ensure compliance with local EHS legislation and company internal requirements
• Ensure EHS programs are aligned with corporate EHS policies, objectives & targets, ISO14001, ISO45001 and SS651 requirements
• To collaborate with all levels of stakeholders in the facilities of EHS-related matters
• Lead the Certified Emergency Response Team (CERT) requirements in all the facilities (including routine inspection, training, and audit)
• Lead in workplace incident investigation (including Process Safety related incidents), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and updating in company system and submitting to authority.
• Support Industrial Hygiene and Environmental monitoring activities in the plants and warehouses
• Maintenance of the plant's Sustainable Data

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in a related field (safety, environmental, chemical engineering, or equivalent ).
• 3-5 years of experience, preferred experience in electronic, semiconductor, chemical, pharmaceutical industry, or similar manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Teams
• Register Workplace Safety & Health Officer License
• Fire Safety Manager License
• Drive green environmental initiatives, ergonomic projects, and continuous improvement projects in the facilities
• Good knowledge of Singapore's environmental, occupational safety and health regulations.
• Having Process Safety Knowledge is an additional advantage
