Job Description

Duties & responsibilities:


Lead E&I/DCS engineering projects from design to commissioning, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks. Specify/review equipment and control/instrumentation designs; resolve technical issues and variation orders. Act as on-site engineering liaison to control construction, safety and permits; coordinate cross?functional teams and vendors (FATs, inspections). Produce project reports, mitigate risks and ensure stakeholder communication.
Requirements:


At least Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a project engineering role, preferably in an electrical & instrumentation engineering of EPC of chemical process plant Ability to work independently & effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines. Familiarity with industrial control systems, DCS (Yokogawa), Delta V and PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi) programming. Strong understanding of electrical & instrumentation engineering principles ,codes (NEC), and standards (local - Singapore Standard Code of Practice & international) * Willingness to work beyond normal working hours if needed.
