Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 To assist main class teacher in managing challenging children using appropriate behavioural strategies. \xc2\xb7 To assist in teaching appropriate mealtime behaviour and supervise play times. \xc2\xb7 To assist the main class teachers in toileting needs of the children (bringing the children to the toilet). \xc2\xb7 Prepare age and developmentally appropriate teaching aids. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, prepare art and craft materials, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom. \xc2\xb7 Use positive discipline techniques at all times. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and build relationships with children. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Creative and inspiring with loving energy \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills \xc2\xb7 Passionate with working with children with special needs \xc2\xb7 Certificate / Fundamental in Early Childhood Care & Education or Special Needs Education is an advantage Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
